One thing that frustrates me about a lot of parkour/freerunning vids is the emphasis on freerunning or tricking. Then there’s this guy - nothing super fancy, not a lot of flipping or twirling, but boy can he DESTROY obstacles. The bit around the 2:15 mark where he vaults a 10 foot wall in about 1 second is pure athleticism. Also note the controlled quadrepedial movement around 2:25 - great flow.
